Travel to Bandipur Village from Kathmandu- DAY 1
Stop at: Gurunghe Hill in Bandipur, Tanahun Bandipur, and Bandipur 33904 in Nepal.
Bandipur was founded by the Kathmandu Valley’s Newari people, who ventured westward centuries ago and founded this town. It has a welcoming stone arch, narrow flagstone streets, amazing temples, and traditional Newari restaurants serving authentic Newari cuisine. While touring the town, stop at a cafe and have a cup of tea.
The morning tour begins in Bandipur, a Newari city with narrow, flagstone streets. In this one-of-a-kind city, the Newari people have preserved their culture. You will have a panoramic view of the region as well as the mighty snow-capped peaks of the Himalayas from up here.
